Customer Service Representatives / Mobile Road Representatives

Qualifications:

• Previous Customer Service Experience (does not have to be insurance industry related.)
• Previous experience answering multiple phone lines.
• Ability to Multi-task under pressure.
• Ability to adapt to working within a fast paced youthful environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours. (Some weekends and evenings till 9pm)
• Basic Computer knowledge.
• Must speak fluent English.
• Must be career oriented and prepared to fulfill ongoing educational requirements as needed to fulfill position.
• Enrollment in the IBABC Fundamentals of Insurance program or you already have acquired your Level One insurance license.
• Must keep a professional appearance at all times.
• Clean driving record.
• Reliable Vehicle. (Mobile positions only)
