Customer Service Representatives / Mobile Road Representatives
Qualifications:
- Previous Customer Service Experience (does not have to be insurance industry related.)
- Previous experience answering multiple phone lines.
- Ability to Multi-task under pressure.
- Ability to adapt to working within a fast paced youthful environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours. (Some weekends and evenings till 9pm)
- Basic Computer knowledge.
- Must speak fluent English.
- Must be career oriented and prepared to fulfill ongoing educational requirements as needed to fulfill position.
- Enrollment in the IBABC Fundamentals of Insurance program or you already have acquired your Level One insurance license.
- Must keep a professional appearance at all times.
- Clean driving record.
- Reliable Vehicle. (Mobile positions only)
